The B-Grip is an innovative system for carrying your camera on your belt. Comfortable, safe and made with carefully selected materials the B-Grip means you can carry your camera without all the straps, bags and general paraphenalia normally involved in taking your camera out. Giving you freedom of movement, the camera does not swing or bounce against your body, instead remaining always available on your hip ready for fast extraction. The B-Grip can support weight up to 8kg, so any configuration of camera is possible; flash, zoom, additional batteries etc.

      Comments about B-Grip:

This product was exactly what i had needed. It is so practical and gives me the flexibility I had needed. I use it when on a photo shoot. It enables me to secure the camera and keep it safe with me but also have my hands totally free. I can walk about and have the camera ready to shoot without having to fiddle with zips and bags etc.
I use a pro Nikon camera with mainly a large telescopic lens and the B-Grip holds the weight well. The fact that the base unit also doubles as a mini camera support is just such a bonus.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          Comments about B-Grip:

This is the kind of piece of kit I've been looking for for years. I'm a part time professional mountaneer which takes me to places where sometimes you need your hands to hold on. The B_Grip together with a "head and shoulder" lanyard means I can have the camera to hand for the grab and go shot which just wouldn't happen if I had to try and access a camera bag. I supports my Olymous E3 and big lens no problem (although pinches my waiste a little when lightly clad - maybe I should eatmore pies?). Has probably doubled the number of shots I take in a day. Buy one now!

            Comments about B-Grip:

I bought this to aid me when I go out rambling. It surpassed my expectations and I find I enjoy taking shots now. It is so easy to get at and is great not to have a camera and strap banging your chest and swinging around and hitting stiles etc. I'm looking forward to summer as I HATE getting strap marks around my neck when the sun is out. Perfect in every way, It also means you cannot feel the weight of your camera on a long day out.

              Comments about B-Grip:

The first impression of this product for me were that it's not worth the money, but when you try it you find out that it does what it says it does very well and you are paying for a clever design.

In the package you get the following:
              1) a piece of plastic with two slots that comfortably allow your belt to run through them, leaving a length of plastic which runs don your leg.
              2) a small square of plastic which screws into the tripod screw on your camera. This square engages with the plastic mentioned in 1) above very easily by lifting a lever and slotting it in place.
              3) Two short lengths of cord, one of which loops through an eye in 1) above and the other piece which loops through a strap eye on your camera. When they are connected together they act as a safety strap to stop your camera dropping to the floor if you mess up engaging/disengaging 2) with 1).
              4) A bag with an elasticated opening which can be stretched around your camera to keep it out of sight or away from rain when it is strapped on your leg.

When you clip your camera to your belt it's very surprising how well it works. I thought the camera would slap up and down against your leg, but it doesn't at all. It's also very easy to clip and up clip your camera very quickly.

The things that are not so great are that if you have a heavy camera/lens combination you have 1KG-ish hanging off your belt and stuck out from your leg. It works ok , but takes some getting used to. It also feels a bit prone to be taking a heavy camera off and on without a strap round your neck or shoulder as well. It also uses the tripod mount point on your camera.

Overall I would recommend this device, but make sure you really need it first because it's quite pricy for what you get. Is a strap good enough ?

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I have just completed a wedding where I used both of my cameras and it was great not to have both over my shoulder, it was very easy to get to and use.
I have also used it when walking and hiking and it is great to have both hands free to use, and not have to worry about my camera swinging around.

                  Comments about B-Grip:

I first thought of using this when I saw it in a magazine.I'm a keen Walker and Moutaineer, I also enjoy Landscape Photography. So taking my camera with me when I go out is a great benefit. There is a lot of kit out there for the photographer to keep their kit safe and dry once you get to a location, even bags that allow easy'ish' access to your camera when you need it. But nothing other than your camera strap, that allows you to have the camera out and ready to use and a moments notice.4 friends and I had planned a 'walk' to the top of Scafell Pike (highest mountain in England) and I wanted to take the camera with me.I purchased the B-Grip from Warehouse Express [...].The first thing I noticed when I get the box open was the inclusion of a waterproof cover for the camera, this easily fitted over my 5D MKII and 24-105 lens. There is also a quick release lanyard to go between the camera and the clip for security, although I feel that this might just be overkill.Anyway, upon deciding how I was going to mount this B-Grip to my rucksack I decided to try it on the waist belt, while a little bit of a fiddle, with my rucksack not the b-grip, this was soon fitted. After a couple of walks up my stairs I realised that the lens would hinder climbing and scrambling, although for general use walking around this was the most comfortable place to have it.I then moved it to the chest strap on the rucksack, this put the camera at chest height and to be honest was quite comfortable here too.We completed the walk/climb on saturday and the b-grip worked like a dream, I was able to get the camera on and off the clip with ease, although its a bit fiddly to start with, but soon get used to using it.The B-grips design kept the camera from flailing around and I felt secure in the fact I could keep both hands free to hold on to rocks as I climbed and where the camera was!Its easy to take off the clip while on the move, and I found it an invaluable bit of kit for the days walk.On the downside, I would have liked to see a different method of attaching the grip to a belt or strap.Well worth the money in terms of the use I will get out of it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
