The Panasonic FX550 compact digital camera features a hybrid touch-screen interface with 3" LCD, as well as a 25mm wide-angle Leica DC lens and iA (intelligent Auto) mode. The hybrid interface uses both the cursor keys and the touchscreen itself for full manual control and touch AF/AE. AF/AE can be set by touching the subject on the screen and the camera will automatically track the subject as it moves. In manual mode, aperture and shutter speed can be set by moving the slider. The Lumix FX550 also adjusts LCD brightness by 11 steps according to the shooting conditions. In iA mode, 6 detection functions optimise your settings. The iA mode includes MEGA O.I.S, Intelligent ISO Control, Intelligent Scene Selector, Face Recognition, Intelligent Exposure and AF tracking. The Panasonic FX550 also offers 12.1 megapixels and a 25mm ultra wide-angle 5x optical zoom f2.8-5.9 Leica DC Vario-Elmarit lens.
