World famous Face Detection Technology has enabled a number of advanced features that will excite both novice and more experienced photographers and make getting perfect portraits easier than ever.
Face Detection operates by identifying and prioritising up to 10 faces in a frame and then adjusting the focus and exposure accordingly to ensure the sharpness and clarity of human subjects in the picture, regardless of background.
Fuji Finepix S2000HD - Say goodbye to Red-eye for good
Red-eye is the single biggest reason why the best portraits are ruined. The FinePix S2000HD uses Face Detection technology to find and instantly correct any red-eye from every face in the frame as the shot is taken.
The system on the FinePix S2000HD will only correct redness in the pupil of the eye, not elsewhere in the picture, because the camera uses eye detection within face detection to find the pupil. While other cameras can sometimes convert lips or red jewellery to brown or blue, the FinePix S2000HD never gets it wrong.
Fuji Finepix S2000HD - Versatile Shooting Modes
Amongst many other attributes the FinePix S2000HD features a Super Macro Mode, Instant Zoom, and High Speed Continuous Shooting.
Super Macro Mode allows you to capture impressive full frame close ups within 1cm, (0.4 inch) of your subject.
Instant Zoom allows you to follow a moving subject in wide view, bringing you an additional 1.4x or 2x digital zoom impact at the single press of a button. Each frame can be saved to your memory card.
Continuous Shooting modes allows you to capture all the action, up to 13.5 frames per second in a burst, effective for any photographer focusing their attention on fast moving subjects.
Fuji Finepix S2000HD - Zoom Bracketing Mode
Zoom Bracketing is another useful function on the S2000HD. It enables three shots to be taken at the single press of the button, from wide to close up, at varying degrees of magnification (original, 1.4x and 2.0 x).
This enables instant editing on the camera to choose the ideal shot, rather than having to go back to a PC to facilitate a digital crop.
Fuji Finepix S2000HD - Playback Functions
The FinePix S2000HD houses a playback feature that allows you to select and share images according to their original shooting mode: Still, Continuous, or Movie files.
Any subjects captured in continuous shooting mode will play as a thumbnail within the LCD, allowing you to continue to look for additional captured images in screen.
You can also share your images with your friends and family by running a slide show in camera.
